The Optimum Wellness Plan follows the philosophies of functional medicine and integrative nutrition. Comprehensive assessment of your health, lifestyle, and body composition, utilizing custom lab testing, comprehensive nutritional analysis, or stool testing to identify causes of gas and bloating, chronic fatigue, environmental toxins, and heavy metal illness.
The goal is to determine the root cause of symptoms that often go undiagnosed or understood. This service is for anyone who wants to move beyond your health accepted in “normal range” and optimize it to feel your best.
The most effective way to gain insight into chronic fatigue is through advanced testing. This testing offered through labs that do not work with insurance. They are cash based paid directly to labs. Advanced testing is not required, however, insurance based labs focus on diagnosis, and if you are unsure what is causing your challenge (undiagnosed), these labs are not helpful.
The most common complaints of clients in this program are:
- Gas, bloating, constipation (leaky gut)
- Autoimmune (Hashimoto’s, MS, SLE)
- Heartburn, Indigestion, IBS
- Mycotoxin exposure
- Mitochondria Deficiency
- Nutrient Deficiency
