All services and digital products provided by Fuel Your Life Nutrition & Performance are non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.
1. Telehealth Consultations
Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
2. Custom Race Fueling Plans & Digital Deliverables
Due to the personalized and digital nature of these services:
- All custom fueling plans, PDFs, and digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable once intake has been submitted or work has begun.
- If intake has not yet been submitted, a refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
3. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Fuel Your Life Nutrition directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
4. Policy Agreement
By purchasing services or digital products, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
