Initial Consultation: $325

  • 1 x 45min initial zoom call
  • 1 x 30 min zoom call
  • Assessment of training plan, fueling goals/body comp goals, and evaluation of current protocol
  • Development of Sport Nutrition Fueling Plan and feedback

Follow Up: monthly $175

  • Follow up monthly fee includes:
    • 2 x 30min Zoom calls
    • Review of training and upcoming events (different course), or ongoing fine tuning of training rides and workouts
    • Custom fueling/hydration changes to prepare for weekly training plan
