A 24 hour, minimalist race is very different from a multi-day backpacking plan. You are packing for the long haul, and specific to the Park or Conservation Area requirements. You may need a bear canister, extra water filtration, and more clothing for the weather. We provide individualized fueling plans beyond dehydrated meals.

Getting Started
- Contact us at least 3 weeks prior to your event so we have time create your personalized fueling and hydration plan.
- We will need details of your trip including: travel times, layovers, locations to plan food and drink during travel
- Review course map, estimated hiking time/distance, terrain, elevation and weather
- Assess personal data to estimate energy needs
- Develop a fueling plan based on map, terrain, duration, aid stops; including dehydrated, packaged foods, lightweight portable items
