Weight Loss

If you are recovering from surgery or an injury and ready to focus on your food intake to lose weight, optimize body composition, and maximize recovery and adaptation, we are here for you!
Often, recovery includes several weeks of non weight bearing movement, which can be very frustrating and stressful if you are worried about weight gain.

If you have surgery planned in the next month, contact us so we can create a plan for you in advance. From experience with our clients, it is much easier to plan, shop and meal prep in advance if you are living solo, or plan and shop with a partner, so you can focus your energy on physical therapy.
