Comprehensive assessment of your health, lifestyle, and body composition, utilizing custom lab testing, comprehensive nutritional analysis, or stool testing to identify causes of gas and bloating, mitochondrial deficiency / chronic fatigue, environmental toxins, and heavy metal illness.

- Review biochemical lab results (e.g. lipid panel, complete blood count, comprehensive metabolic panel, hormone panels, Vitamin D, inflammatory markers, blood sugar markers)
- Recommendations for additional labs: Most lab fees are paid directly to the lab providing the test. Coverage or discounts through health insurance vary per test.
- Review training log (Training Peaks)
- Review data from other technology (Apple Watch, FitBit, Garmin)
- Review body composition results (iDXA, InBody)
