Includes a personalized fueling and hydration strategy for race day, plus training-practice guidance so the plan can be rehearsed and adjusted before the event.

This includes:

  • Current fueling/hydration review
  • Race course and aid-station review
  • Carb, fluid, and sodium targets
  • Product/timing plan for bike and run
  • Pre-race breakfast and final 24–48 hour guidance
  • Training-practice protocol for long sessions
  • One follow-up adjustment after testing the plan

This is for athletes who want to understand how their daily eating patterns support training, recovery, energy, body composition, and long-term performance.

We’ll look at what you’re already doing, where the gaps are, and how to build a realistic plan around your schedule, workouts, goals, and physiology.


For athletes preparing for more than one event or refining their fueling across a race season.


Includes two personalized race-day fueling and hydration plans, with adjustments based on training feedback, race distance, conditions, and what worked or did not work in the first event.


After payment, you’ll be directed to a required athlete intake form. Please complete this as soon as possible. I use this form to review your background, assess your current nutrition and training context, and prepare for your initial consultation. Once your intake form is submitted, I’ll follow up to schedule your consult.
