- Practical recommendations for day-to-day eating, workout fueling, recovery nutrition, and consistency
- Optional review of labs, supplements, wearable data, food logs, or body composition data when available

Comprehensive nutrition and wellness support for clients seeking deeper review of digestion, inflammation, immune health, hormone-related concerns, labs, and specialized testing.

- 2 x 50-minute video telehealth sessions
